MUSKMELON (MULAM/KIRNI PAZHAM)SALAD

Very easy and very digestive salad this Kirni Pazham(Muskmelon) salad




INGREDIENTS
MUSKMELON(KIRNI PAZHAM) ..1 NO.
LEMON JUICE ..1 TSPN
GINGER JUICE.. 1/2 TSPN
HONEY .. REQUIRED QUANTITY


First peel off the skin of Kirni pazham and cut in to small small
pieces.  Add Lemon Juice and Ginger juice and Honey.  Mix well
and garnish with Coriander leaves and refrigerate.


When it become chill you can eat and give it your children etc.....
